2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). manilawin is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.3 Device and Session Security. You are responsible for the security of the devices used to access the manilawin Platform. Log out from your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. manilawin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the manilawin Platform is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered in your account. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one to two business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
4.4 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. manilawin will not accept funds from third-party accounts and reserves the right to return and/or freeze funds received from unverified or third-party sources pending investigation.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso. manilawin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

manilawin's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to manilawin in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits manilawin's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
